Hello! Unfortunately, I'm still a bit under the weather, so today's run will have to be canceled again. 🥺 But I thought all you eager runners might enjoy a light pyramid interval workout for some inspiration!
• Warm-up – 5-10 minutes easy jog • 15 seconds running • 30 seconds active rest • 30 seconds running • 1 minute active rest • 45 seconds running • 1.5 minutes active rest • 60 seconds running • 2 minutes active rest • 45 seconds running • 1.5 minutes active rest • 30 seconds running • 1 minute active rest • 15 seconds running • 30 seconds rest • Choose whether to start a new pyramid or wind down with a 5-10 minute walk. • Finish with stretching.
